30 DAY RETURNS POLICY!

If you wish to return any product* from our LotusMagic signature range, First Nations range or the Garden range for ANY reason you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days.
*Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, we do not accept returns for our Bubba Organics range or any of our liquid soaps or beauty products unless the packaging is broken or faulty.
Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Fair Trading laws, you are entitled to a full refund including return postage costs if:
- The goods are faulty
- The item is wrongly described
- The goods are vastly different from the sample shown on the website.
BUT
A business can refuse to give you a free repair, replacement, or refund if you simply changed your mind.
Our Policy
At LotusMagic we are fair and reasonable people who know that sometimes, you just don’t like the product, even though there is no fault or defect. If you change your mind about the item, we are happy to refund, less postage costs, all items with the exception of the Bubba Organics range, and any liquid soaps or beauty products (see reasoning above).*
They must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with tags attached within 30 days (excluding sale items that are not refundable for change of mind).
When do items need to be returned by?
- For a change of mind, you can return your items anytime within 30 days from the point of delivery. For international buyers, we offer 60 days. Allowing extra time to cross the seas.
- That’s plenty of time to see if you really like it.
- For genuine product issues, faults etc. you will need to contact us at info@lotusmagic.com, and we will guide you on how to return the product/s that need to be returned. This must be done within the statutory 14 days after delivery of the product as per Australian law. We are, of course, very flexible with our international customers and will work with you closely to solve any issues.
What do I need to do to return a product (other than the Bubba Organics range, liquid soaps and beauty products*)?
Please contact us via this link so we can talk to you about the reason for the return, and we know it’s on the way back. That way, we can keep an eye out for its return.
You will need to include a note with the original order number, packing slip and a description of the fault or reason for the return. Then please send any returned items to the address below. We recommend a trackable means of shipment for your protection.
Shipping for returns?
We always pay return shipping if an item is faulty, wrongly described or is different to the images on the website. If you change your mind, you will be required to pay the return postage. Please make sure you contact us if there is an issue with the actual product. We will require a photo or two as evidence.
Credit for returns?
Credits will be issued as a refund or exchange. Refunds on faulty products will also include the return postage for you. We would never let you be out of pocket for any genuine issues.
Please note – if you were sent your item as part of our free delivery for orders over AU $250 and your return brings your total order to less than AU $250; then you will be refunded for the item, less the appropriate delivery charge. If you return a total order for a refund, the actual cost of our postage to send this to you will be deducted from your refund.
